We were highly impressed on how quick and smooth the whole process of reserving a storage space to getting all our stuff in the storage was. The free van hire for transportation made our life so easy!

The lady I dealt with at the York store (Karen) genuinely could not have been more helpful or accommodating.
She made it truly an “if Carlsberg did Storage” experience.
What an absolute gem of a company representative. We arrived much later than anticipated due to ridiculous traffic but Karen helped load up my car and even put some of the stuff in her car to help.
Honestly never met a more kind and helpful individual.
Five stars is not enough.

I could recommend Karen and her team without hesitation. Absolutely brilliant service . They will go beyond to make sure all your belongings are stored safely and always will advise on correct size of the storage so you don't end up overpaying . They managed to get me last minute storage even provided free van to move my belongings. All my belongings were stored in safe space . Facilities are clean and damp proof so all belongings were same condition as left.
If I ever return to UK I will use your services again. Thank you guys . You took lots of stress off my shoulders as moving countries is

Excellent service and very friendly staff! Could not recommend these guys more, they're absolutely excellent and will do their absolute best to help you where they can! If I need to put my stuff in storage again, I'm definitely going with them. Jamie and Craig are amazing people and go above and beyond
