Great service from Steve ,friendly,helpful,polite and goes that extra mile to help you if needed.Fantastic well ventilated 20 foot container we hired whilst moving property,Steve actually loaned me one of his pallet trucks and gave us a helping hand on a number of occasions.Definitely recommend this business!

We had been let down for storage and so had a very last minute panic! I rang Mitchell’s and spoke to Steve who within 24hrs had a storage unit at my door. (The day we had to move out). Having received the unit back today, again from Steve, it was a relief to be met with the same level of professionalism and ease of service that I’d received upon delivery. Thanks a lot Steve for saving our bacon!! HIGHLY recommend.

This company really came to our rescue. We had to move abroad at very short notice and couldn't organise to have our possessions taken over with us. They delivered the pod to our door, we filled it and they then came and picked it up and took it away again. There was no added complications of us ordering a van and driving it to the storage, unloading it all into the unit. No petrol costs either, it was all in. Such a fantastic form, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Well done guys you made what was a really stressful time so much better than it could have been

Great service for our initial removal from County Durham. We then had to store our personal items for over 6 years. Access from time to time was easily arranged. We have just retrieved our items and everything is in perfect condition, no damage, no damp - everything is great. We would highly recommend using Mitchells. Thanks Steve for the help in packing the stuff into our hired van too so we only had to make one trip.

The easiest solution to moving house I've ever used! The storage unit comes to your door, load it up and see it secured. No need to hire a van and then unload into another unit. Really good personal service and I cannot thank Steve enough for the help he's given me :)

Initially stood out as our namesake but we struck gold with Mitchell's. This is the second time we have used Mitchell's, and we cannot fault them. First time was for storage and a local move within York. Second time a slightly bigger move from York to Hull. Easily the best quote we got on both moves and both moves went without a hitch. Steve and Dave were great, and totally took the stress out of the move. Excellent service, friendly and will definitely use them again.

Steve was excellent and made the process of putting my things into storage simple and efficient. It was great that the storage locker was brought to my door so we could load it straight away, rather than my possessions being transported in a van to the storage facility. It made things much simpler and cut out several steps! Great value and would highly recommend.

Just rented a container from Steve. Really friendly and professional service. Turned up, filled the container and left. All paperwork was sorted quickly. Can't recommend enough. Very good rates and secure storage. And he always answers his phone and answers to texts/emails. Excellent.
