Contacted Ian on 10th October 2019 and his initial communication was good. Subsequently arranged a visit to my property 'at the beginning of December'. I was in no rush so this was fine. On November 26th I emailed Ian to check he was still on for December. Heard nothing for 2 weeks until 9th December, then an email apologising saying he couldn't do the work. In doing so he'd effectively wasted two months of my time waiting for his visit. To say I was not impressed is an understatement.
