A: Yes, ProCut joinery & Building is a small team and we ensure that every customer is dealt with directly by either Paul or Bobbi. We liaise with the customer, architects and all tradesmen to ensure the project is completed within the budget, timescales and to the customers satisfaction. An individual contract for each job is drawn up by us detailing all work and signed by both the customer and ProCut before the job starts.
Pro Cut undertake all the joinery functions in the fitting of our Walk-In Showers and Walk-In Baths and have done for almost since we started. The main area they work in is the cutting and fitting of the Muti Panels which are used as wet walls for the showers. Complete Distribution has worked closely with Procut Joinery for several years now.

We've used Pro Cut twice now, originally for a garage conversion and were so impressed we had them back to complete some internal joinery work in our house. I found Bobbi and Paul really easy to work with; they listened to what we wanted, gave us honest advice (often avoiding unnecessary work) and provided clear and transparent pricing. Their team were reliable and worked neatly and professionally. Both projects were well managed and delivered on time and to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pro Cut, and we hope to be able to work with them again in the future for our next renovation

Would highly recommend Pro Cut. Paul, Bobbi and team have now completed two jobs in our house, first to add an extension and then to replace our internal stair. On both occasions, they started as planned and finished ahead of schedule. They took the time to explain what were the next steps and ensured we had use of all services throughout the kitchen replacement, which was great with two young children. The results speak for themselves.

I use Pro Cut in my business.
Disappointed to see so many negative reviews with regards to call outs and ‘emergency’ quotes etc. These guys are not an emergency service or quick response. Every project I have done has been meticulously planned and diligently executed.
If you want quality building and joinery Pro Cut is 2nd to none.
If you need an emergency plumber, you should call an “emergency plumber”.

Pro Cut demolished an existing single storey extension and built a two storey extension in its place.
Work was delayed by the lockdown, but we were kept updated. Work started as scheduled, and pretty much stayed on schedule. Activity on site throughout, with clear targets for the week which were shared with us and met. Good communication - helpful, polite, professional from all throughout. Lovely results, really pleased.

I can’t rate Pro-cut enough. Paul, Bobbi and the team have been great from start to finish and made the whole process stress free. They went over and above what we expected from them and the finished article was better than what we hoped. Communication was prompt and the job was completed on-time and within budget. I would absolutely use them again and would 100% recommend.

We were lucky to get this team. They are very busy and with good reason. They built us a kitchen extension which we are very happy with. No long gaps where no one turned up. One day I counted 12 guys. We had joiners, numbers, electricians, brickies. All working well with each other. They were tidy and professional throughout. In fact our neighbours want them to do their work plus they had enquiries from around tbe area after people saw the workmanship. Give them a try but they are busy and you may have to wait a little while but it's worth it.
