Services
We can prepare and draw up plans and specifications for proposed alterations and extensions, including loft conversions for both residential and commercial buildings. We are also happy to undertake design work for new build developments, such as small residential developments including houses and flats.
We offer project management services in respect of all types of building work, whether designed by ourselves or other professionals. The aim of a project manager in this context is to oversee and manage a building project from start to finish, ready for handover to the client. Re-inspection at the end of the defects liability period.
