Completed a RICS home buyers report for a property purchase. Appointment was booked in quickly and the report was full of information. Surveyor called me that afternoon to talk me through the report and also help with queries afterwards. Overall a great service and will use again.

Julian Wilkins did a Level 3 Building Survey on a property I was looking to move into a few months ago. Very reasonably priced. He was meticulous, efficient and highly professional. The report was produced in a timely manner and Julian called me personally to explain the main points of the survey the day after he visited the property. On the few occasions I called the company, the staff were extremely polite and patiently addressed my many questions. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone looking for a building survey.
