From small self builds to large multi-million pound house new builds. We have worked on them all and always use our experience to give ideas where needed and solutions to prevent any future problems.
With 10 years of experience, training and knowledge of installations, testing, faults. With a good knowledge like this fault finding becomes quicker process thus lowering the cost of the job. Fault finding is priced at a hourly rate or once the fault is found a free quote can be provided for further works.

I called New Leads Electrical out to look at an urgent situation that we had ongoing in the property. Matthew came out swiftly and looked at everything in a very professional manner and carried out the work needed and is also coming back to do more work for us soon as is required pending the unfortunate incident that took place in the house. (Water Leak Damage)

Fantastic company and over the several times I have had them in to do work I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my electrical work.
Great communication, show up when they say they will, go out their way to meet your needs (even with a fussy teen wanting different coloured spotlights).
The guys that came (sorry I’ve forgot their names 🙈) were friendly, very patient and professional.

Critical: Professionalism
Extremely unprofessional!! Job done was totally unsatisfactory! Not proper masks worn and not worn at all times in a house with a person with an extremely low immune system!! Left with no light in kitchen as they smashed the bulb and didn't have a replacement! Electrian without replacement bulbs!!! Definitely would not recommend!

Matthew is polite and keen to please. He arrived to view the job, patiently spent over an hour with us whilst we chopped and changed our minds re what we wanted. Matthew then quickly emailed me to offer a quote with a variety of options. He did the work when he said he would, and organised a painter for us. Matthew's job was to supply and fit 18 new downlights in new positions in our kitchen, replace an outside light and four dimmer switches. We had one problem with a faulty dimmer, Matthew was extremely apologetic and came to replace it in the evening. I 100% recommend Matthew and I would have
