We had a new en-suite room built and Steve and his team were very proffesional and did an exceptional job. Steve even started ahead of time and any unforseen problems were resolved without issue. I would recommend for any major bathroom work.

I own a Bathroom showroom in Bristol and we all hold Steve in very high regard, we regularly recommend him for bathroom projects. He is one of the old school installers who simply pride themselves with honest pricing, expert advice (which we have benefitted from) and perfect finish. If for any reason he needs to revisit the project be it a day, week, month or year later he does so without question. Epitome of a quality Bathroom Installer!... Just to add to this I note Steve hasn’t got many reviews and not a reflection on his professionalism. (Probably his Dickensian view of social media!) We

Didn't turn up to quote as arranged, even though he picked the date and the time. Didn't bother phoning to let me know he wasn't going to make it. When I phoned to check where he was he just said he'd forgotten and wouldn't be able to come out. Needless to say, he won't be quoting for us! Let's hope he's more reliable if you actually hire him.
