The Practice was set up by its principal, Dominic Foster MRICS. He has been involved in the local Residential Property market since joining Henry Spencer & Sons estate agents, as a school leaver in 1987. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997, Dominic has worked for some of the area's best known firms, including Mark Jenkinson & son and Eadon Lockwood & Riddle.
Designed by the RICS as a cost effective method of minimising risk, the Homebuyer Survey, also referred to as a Level 2 Survey, is designed to provide buyers with enough information to make a reasoned and informed decision on whether to proceed with their purchase. We find that this is the most popular type of report.
