You'll meet me (Kevin) straight away if you contact KL & Sons Building Services to enquire about us doing some work for you. I and my wife Leanne are the owners of the business (that's where the "KL" comes from), very ably supported by our sons Luke and Rikky, and more latterly our daughter Kaylee, who works hard in the office helping Leanne with the admin.

We contracted KL & Sons for our building and internal re-model project which delivered a kitchen / dining / family room extension and a utility room, shower room and cloakroom, and was completed in 2021.
From the first engagement it was clear that KL & Sons put the customer at the heart of their business, Kevin kept to his commitments and delivered a clear well costed quote from which we were able to proceed. Throughout the build we were kept well informed, and the team went out of their way to minimise disruption and ensure provision of running water, drainage and temporary kitchen facilities

Kevin's team did a great job of reroofing my house a couple of years ago and have just finished reworking the large extension roof which had developed some leakage problems. It wasn't a straightforward repair but the guys came up with an excellent solution and I'm delighted with the end result. Highly recommend KL&Sons particularly Jason and Rick on this job, always a pleasure working with them.

Very pleased with KL& Sons Building Services. Following the installation of a boiler, the plumber found evidence of asbestos used in the construction. The original builder who we asked to carry out some home improvement wouldn't continue until we found someone to remove the asbestos.
We were recommended KL & Son Building Services to remove the asbestos however they were also able to carry out the home improvement work as well.
This was all carried out within days of the original request to a very high standard.

I asked KL and Sons Building Services Ltd to give me a quotation for a small amount of work that I required in my house. Kevin, the owner, arrived punctually to look at what was needed. He listened carefully and recorded the information on his iPad. He produced a timely and well-presented quotation for my consideration.
I had asked three firms to tender for the work, and this firm did not provide the cheapest quotation. Nevertheless, I accepted it because Kevin had made a good impression and I had confidence that he would do a good job.

A fabulous extension and a pleasure to have around!
Earlier this year Kevin and his team built us a fabulous oak and glass garden room extension to our cottage as well as completely refitting our kitchen and adding a patio area.
We are extremely pleased with the end result which has been finished to a high standard.
Everyone in the team was polite, friendly, good humoured and very responsive to our requests. And where we had questions or uncertainties, they immediately gave helpful advice and options. We were updated on tasks and progress most days and they definitely minimised the disruption

Unlike other contractors in my experience, KL Building services are prompt to reply, entirely professional with both estimates and work executed and a pleasure to have working on your home.
Kevin and his team managed to work to an exacting time frame and carried out repairs to my roof and chimneys of an excellent standard.
I would be very happy to recommend them and look forward to being able to rely on them for future construction plans.

The team were quick workers but the plastering left a great deal more mess than the plasterer i had from a different company last year. I was disappointed in the quality of finish and the fact that the TV aerial lead was plastered into the wrong room and broken so I cant use the TV in the livingroom or dining room any more. I showed the parts I wasnt happy with and he said someone would be round the next day but no one ever turned up. We asked for the remaining paint to patch the missing parts and he said they would drop it off but again we never heard or saw anything. We got the paint mixed again

We have just had quite a large extension finished by this company and found them to be a great mix of a friendly family business whilst remaining professional. We were impressed by the skills and individual attention and they completed the whole thing within a week of their original suggested end date and to budget! Anything we raised was addressed immediately and living with building work, although stressful was made easier by this friendly polite team. We would certainly use them again and are happy for anyone to view what they did for us.
