We are a small company providing people and businesses with a first class service at reasonable cost. All our work is carried out work to the highest of standards and in full accordance with the current 17th edition of the Wiring Regulations and the Government's Part P of the Building Regulations. Certificates issued where required.
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (also known as an EICR or Landlord Safety Certificate) is a detailed inspection and test of your installation to determine whether your installation is in a satisfactory condition for continued use and to determine whether anything needs to be done or upgraded to maintain your installation in a safe serviceable condition.
We charge a minimum of 1 hour on all jobs, thereafter works are charged in 15 minute increments. Additional rooms i.e. offices, studies, gyms, outbuildings etc. will attract additional cost. All prices above are subject to the installation consisting of 1 consumer unit with a maximum of 10 outgoing circuits.

We had a constant issue with the electrics in our house. We employed electricians before but the issue kept on continuing. Lennon did a really thorough job in ensuring that the fault was found, and since his visit, we have had no issues!
Great service from Lennon; he was nothing but polite, knowledgeable, had amazing attention to detail, and was clean! He had to make a few holes to find the fault, but explained the process and cleaned up after himself. He even was able to recommend someone to help with some minor decorating needs due to the fault finding.
