Jay Ashall Partnership Chartered Architects Practice was founded in 1989 and continues to remain an enthusiastic and progressive practice, designing buildings for the future, always considering the social, historical and environmental impact of each commission. We undertake projects in a variety of locations nationwide, from rural areas to city centres.
We work in close liaison with our clients to assist in compiling the initial design brief, list of requirements and establishing our client's needs. Identification of possible constraints on the development and preparation of the feasibility study to allow the client to assess how to proceed with a project.

We employed Jay Ashall Partnership to turn our outline design ideas for 2 new houses on the plot of our former property into a fully designed project. Julia Ashall was professional and came up with some good alternative ideas. She was always available and communicated well. Her on-site supervision of the builder was particularly good.

We used Jay Ashall Partnership for a garage conversion and and two story extension. Our architect, Julia Ashall, was professional, knowledgeable and more than happy to attend site at short notice to discuss any queries with ourselves or our builder. They were particularly helpful during the planning process, guiding us through this unfamiliar territory and working collaboratively with the planning department to ensure the drawings reflected a build that worked for everyone.

The most awful unpleasant experience on a luxury build. They could have caused complete financial ruin for us, as their errors were grossly negligent. They lost us an astronomical amount on our project due to errors in their drawings.
They caused issues with every trade due to their anomalies. Every trade who liaised with them or used their drawings, has confirmed that they were at fault. We paid a 5 figure sum for construction drawings that could be built to, which fundamentally could not be built too, as key details were either impossible to construct or details missing.
