Quality Drainage Co Ltd are a great company. They have completed two jobs for me recently, from clearing a blocked drain to repairing a separate drainpipe causing rising damp. On both occasions they were prompt, professional, knowledgable their work was first class and the site was always left clean and tidy. Outstanding service not only assisting with drains unable to handle the volume of rain water this week but also the follow up service. It has been super sincere and they have made me feel so supported and fully aware of the issues and the suitable resolve. I have found this service standard to be consistent from the initial team for the job, the office team and the Director who made a personal visit to me the day after and has kept in contact checking in on me. I would highly recommend their services and will continue to use them.

Used this company before when our kitchen outlet was blocked and they were fantastic. So it seemed a no brainer to use them again when we had a similar problem. However, the guy came and tried for about 20 minutes but couldn't unblock with the tools he had, he charged us full price (instructed by his boss over the phone) and left us in the same predicament. I feel ready let down and tbh robbed.

Absolutely fantastic service. Harvey and his team called before arriving to confirm arrival time. They were super efficient at fixing the problem I had, but also made sure that the issue was completely cleared and working perfectly. The guys were very polite, very professional, extremely clean and tidy along with being very respectful to the… property around the area they were working. Their clean up after unblocking the sink was done so well they cleared up much more than I would have expected. I would definitely recommend Quality Drainage to anyone else. Thank you x

Have had to call the team twice now for blocked drain emergencies and both times responded within a very quick timeframe and cleared the blocked drain in no time. First time was a Bank Holiday Weekend, other time was a Sunday. We were let down by multiple local companies so they really saved us. Will always call Quality Drainage Co first in any future issues. I had a few problems with drainage! and i called QDC not only did they come quickly but they sorted the problem without any problems and the service was second to none, i can't recommend them enough and have used them many times since. We had a dire emergency with our drainage system in the salon. As you can imagine, washing around 250 clients' hair a week creates a lot of excess hair clogging. Ben and Sarah went out of their way to schedule us in as silly o'clock in order to flush our whole system through thoroughly before our trading day started to avoid any disruption to our customers.
