Very poor customer service. I had an engineer come to see the faulty fitting of my bi-fold doors in June and the problem with my double glazing which are still under guarantee. Since then despite leaving countless messages, being reassured that someone would contact me to update me I have not had one phonecall or update. We are now nearly in November!
