March.. I used this company to fix an electric shower fault. It was a very expensive call out and parts. The guy spent half his time outside smoking cigarettes and not fixing the shower. when he came back in he dragged wet mud in and my carpets hall and stairs was left muddy. The repair fixed the problem for two weeks and it failed again. I since used another shower specialist TDC and the have fixed the problem and so far it working well fingers crossed. I would NOT use Fairacre again...
