Boiler guide got me in contact with County plumbers: Richard very promptly came over to give me my quote. He gave me a very competitive quote and let me know his availability. He and Jake arrived on the day, they got all the old system out. They gave me heaters for a day so I could stay warm. The next day Jake and Richard arrived and they managed to get the new boiler up and running in the loft (relocated from the kitchen). They left my house neat and tidy, took all the old system away. I had a leak and Jake came round to fix it. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend their service

It was installed quickly and professionally with a full explanation of the system and a follow up call a few days later to make sure we are happy with work carried out. After having 4 independent quotes, we chose CAFgas to change our old Worcester CD28i for a new high efficiency Worcester Life 35 KWatt boiler. Their pricing was very competitive and they were the only company to offer a complete power flush of our heating system and 12 year guarantee. The results are quite amazing, confirming how dreadfully inefficient our old system was.
We were very impressed with the high quality of the work undertaken by James and his apprentice, Dylan, completing the whole job in just one day.

Reliable, dependable and tried to managed to save flooring which was brilliant, doing a great job. Neat finish & tidied up afterwards with men very friendly & cheery so good banter and sensitive to me having to babysit cat minding doors etc. Always can get hold of Graham when needed by mobile which was a great plus, with him frequently popping in over 2 days helping guys out and generally very helpful and felt you can trust that the job would be well done. Recommend GBLB very highly and will using company for yearly service and covered with Alpha"s 10 years warranty. Well done GBLB and many thanks

Whilst boiler guide gave me two companies to talk to I feel let down that they work with companies they select. Clever Boilers are possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Even though they surveyed our job they walked off site as it appears they weren't making enough profit. They even signed a contract with me.
