Phoned in an emergency as the waste stack was overflowing and flooding myself and downstairs. Phoned this company for help which the seemed quite happy to send someone out to 'help'
It cost me £300 to have someone come out, cut away half a pipe from underneath my bath (which i still cant use) smash up three tiles and then say theres nothing he can do.
I then get another company to unblock the stack who literally just attached a drain snake to a drill.
I tried to get back in touch with RMS to put the bathroom back together so I and my tennant can actuall wash and got told ' ill get back to you

New ensuite in a tight space. RMS did it brilliantly.
We've used RMS in the past and they have been brilliant. This time we had a BIG challenge: To create and install an Ensuite shower room in our bedroom, with only an unused cupboard and a limited amount of floorspace. We contacted Andrew who came to see us that week, and we discussed the options. As always, he was positive from the outset and told us exactly what we would need to do.
We gave Andrew the go ahead, and a few weeks later, we have the most amazing Ensuite that a few weeks earlier we could only dream of.
There were numerous challenges

We've used RMS Plumbing for over a year now and every time Andrew has been excellent and professional. No issues are too small. We've had 4 radiators fitted, a towel radiator fitted, boiler serviced twice, toilet installed, kitchen sink installed all to a very high standard. Would highly recommend. I continue to use RMS Plumbing as my go to plumber for all plumbing and heating needs.

Called Andrew for a quote ,he responded by telling me it was my lucky day he was only 3 minutes away.When he arrived he examined my leaking boiler and informed me he would need to get a price for the part and he would be in touch.He called back about an hour later to say it would cost £400 to repair the boiler ,l said l would have to speak to my partner a nurse incidentally who was currently at work.He then said there would be a £60 call out charge regardless, there was no mention of this at any point in fact on his website it states clearly call for a no obligation quote, work that one out.

Andrew came round to convert our old system boiler to a new combi system - he was great, explained everything and the installation was perfect. Even cleaned up some shoddy work the previous owners had done. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Andrew came and fitted a new shower for us and was on time and was very helpful. Donna was fantastic on the phone and was more than happy to help us. The quality of work in our bathroom was 10 out of 10, there was no mess left behind at all. We were very happy with the shower he put in for us.
The service was fantastic from start to finish and I will be using them again in the future for any other plumbing or heating job I require to be done.

Andrew done the plumbing in our bathroom. We have had many years of issues with the plumbing and Andrew is the only plumber who has managed to fix the problem. Andrew is a pleasure to have in your home, he is chatty, friendly and provides a first class service. Even when there is a bump in the road, he is positive and can fix whatever issue he comes across.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don’t often write bad reviews but I couldn’t let another person hire these cowboys without knowing the mess he left in my property. I hired Andrew to replace rotten floorboards in the bathroom and instead of replacing them, he just screwed a new bit of wood over the top. The rest of the work he carried out was sloppy and often not what was discussed with many corners cut. When my husband called to complain, he was aggressive and unprofessional and shouted at my husband until he hung up the phone. When we hired a new plumber, we then discovered that the new
