Poor Quality of cycle storage. Items already rusting, bent and covered in weld spatter. I cant believe they would send a product like this out of the door. No Quality control and I certainly wont be using them again. You can tell they are importing and selling cheap product from China.
Re: I am a resident at Smithfield apartments next to the Hilton in Hanley town, Stoke on Trent so I dont have any order numbers. This has already been reported to you last year by Willmott Dixon and still nothing has been done about it. The first 3 images are pictures of the frame work that holds up the cycle racks

PLEASE READ ALL UPDATES WITH IN THE REVIEW.
ABSOLOUTLEY APPALLING!!!... Broxap will confirm you a lead time of 4 weeks, and when it gets to the day before delivery they advise it will be the following week, and then they do the same again the following week. They are out and out liars and not to be trusted with delivery dates. Sadly this is not the first time they have lied to me. The most frustrating thing is that they get defensive when you tell them how appalling their service is, and don't do anything to try and deliver your items quicker. You are just a number in the production line and they

Initiallly very poor customer service which improved once issues had been escalated to management level
The company were specified as a supplier by our client so not my choice.
First product delivered was apparently in stock then told it would 3-4 weeks. When delivered the product which were tree grilles and guards were of poor quality. The frames were very awkward to put together as the holes for the bolts didn’t align properly but the tree guards were chipped and the finish extremely poor.
Very quick to acknowledge the complaint but then left it 10days before I chased them up. They then
