YAM Studios is run by Kashi Shikunova and Liam Clifford, working in conjunction with a team of talented property professionals. We are driven by a passion for design and love turning ideas into beautiful spaces for our clients. We specialise in contemporary residential interior design, often with a minimalist aesthetic.
These are some of the concepts we have produced for previous clients. Often referred to as a mood board, they are a collection of images which reflect the style, feel and look of an interior. This is the first stage of the design process, defining our ideas about the space, and later working as a guide for design development.
We have an established process at YAM Studios, which develops the initial concept of your project through the design and build stages to completion and a beautiful new space for you to enjoy. We adapt this approach to the individual needs of your project for a completely tailored service. Prior to engaging with us, we visit to discuss your ideas and establish the scope of the project.

We came across YAM studios while researching online for interior designers to renovate our flat in west London. Among 4 design groups that we had met, we chose the YAM team for the job because of its creative ideas that bear Scandinavian style which was exactly what we wanted. We engaged YAM studios to undertake a complete contemporary refurbishment of our flat. We are exceedingly pleased with the results, from the comfortable, clever and practical layout to the beautiful lighting design and attractive finishes throughout.
