We paid a lot of money for top of the range new windows from Astral five years ago and at the time we were pleased with them. However, fast forward 5 years and every time it rains we have a major leak underneath one of the bay windows. Astral's customer service has been largely dreadful - constantly fobbing us off and saying they'll get back to us. Clearly they are more motivated to spend their time on customers about to spend money with them.

Twenty - four years ago, we bought a conservatory from Astral Security Windows and 24 years later it is still in excellent condition.
So when we moved house recently, Astral was the obvious choice for some new double glazed doors.
Once again, the service from Astral was excellent, the sales team were friendly and helpful and offered reasonable prices for the new components. The installation team were great, they worked quickly and efficiently and delivered a very smart new set of doors, took away the old door and frame and left the site perfectly clean and tidy.

Chaps came to quote when they said they would. Very polite chap then came to measure up. Fitting date took a while to slot into the diary but I believe there is a huge shortage of UPVC thanks to covid so was to be expected. The chap who came to do the work arrived on time, did an amazing job and left pretty much no trace he had been apart from the shiny new doors that lead out to my garden. Immediately I noticed how much warmer the kitchen was. Also, opening both doors fully made a huge change in how we are able to use the space between the garden and kitchen. Just wish I had bought these sooner
