I would avoid these window suppliers at all costs. Paid a deposit for new windows in February and 7 months later I still have not received the windows. Telephone calls and emails have gone unanswered. I’ve had to go through my credit card company to get my deposit back.
Avoid at all costs! I think they may be scammers!

This is a review of their supply only and not their fitting as I am a trade buyer.
I was initially messed around and twice being given a date to pick up a set of french doors and two windows. Both times I called ahead before making the journey and they were not completed.
The third time I was told everything was ready and when I arrived at the time specified the French doors were still not ready and was told I would have to wait an hour. I took the windows and refused to take the glass units for the French Doors as I found a deep scratch in one of them. I also noted that the units did not have

Great experience with the team at Windows Direct. We had all windows and doors replaced at a large detached house in London. The team worked very well with our excellent builder (DP Builders) to ensure there were no issues. Quality of windows excellent especially the large Schuco patio doors and bifolds. The key to quality windows is in the measuring and fitting. No (or minimal gaps) and few (if any) filler strips. A lot of this was done off plan as well. Excellent follow up and customer service. These guys are great at what they do. Very knowledgeable and delivered on time. We had 2 houses fully kitted out with windows and doors and the results speak for themselves. Come highly recommended for all your glazing needs. Windows , doors be it bifold or roof lights they were able to supply and install it all , hassle free! Well done boys keep up the good work.
