Regardless of whether you need regular cleaning and surface restoration works or just need the occasional handle replacing - we can take care of it. Had windows and doors changed yesterday. Had a brilliant service right from the beginning. We were phoned every couple of weeks once ordered to give us an update. 2 men arrived yesterday. Everything was covered with dust sheets and even though there was obviously things to clean afterwards care and attention was made as best as it could of been whilst fitting. The weather was awful and they got soaked at one point but carried on regardless without hesitation or any breaks. Nothing was to much trouble for them. One word to describe this company. TERRIBLE. My window has been cracked in my apartment for over 3 months. They have continuously cancelled my appointments for repairing my window, their customer service has been atrocious and I have had the worst experience I could have imagined. All this while being unable to live in my apartment because it’s on the 4th floor and I have a 3 year old child who could fall out of the window at any moment because the window is damaged. Avoid at all costs
