With many years supplying and fitting bespoke mirrors, we have designed hundreds of different mirrors of all different sizes, styles and shapes. Anthony worked hard outside on a rainy and extremely freezing day in order to replace our glass window. He did an awesome job on top of being a very friendly and dutiful person. I'm really well impressed and happy with the final result. I felt for him, in the cold while conducting his job. Many thanks! Unfortunately my experience with this company has been pretty poor. I had them come and do a measure up on a secondary glaze at my business, the guy they sent over had little to no idea what was the best solution. I have repeatedly called for the last three weeks to get a quote back but to no avail. I keep getting told every time I call that they will call me back shortly. This has now set me back on getting this installed in my business on time.
I don't like to leave negative reviews but something needs to be said. Very unimpressive communications.

I can't say anything about the quality of their work but their customer service is appalling. I have spend almost 3 months chasing this company up for quite a big job - or so I thought - (Juliet Balcony, internal balustrade, shower screen). I have been promised a quote on numerous occasions (you will get it by the end of today I have heard about 8 times). Finally they decided a survey had to take place first. They actually came to the house but then reverted to never replying. Again I had to chase them with promises of a call back within 30 mins (which never happened) to finally hear today they

Despite the reviews, I'm sorry to say that my experience with Wallington Glass has been appalling.
Having had a glass shop front panel replaced and finding a significant scratch in the window, I called them to ask for someone to come to site and view the work. To look at the scratch aswell as the horrific job they did leaving the whole window frame in an awful state. That was 6 weeks ago and despite emails (ignored) messages (responded to then ignored) I still haven't had someone to site. I cannot tell you the amount of times they promised to visit tomorrow and never turned up. The window cost

I bring my mirror for a small chip to cut it out but the guy was chop my mirror badly. He start cutting with a disk but was worst. I was going to the car to bring some sandpaper for edge but was packed already in bubble wrap. He told me that is ok. At home after i take the bubble wrap out the mirror was badly scratched. Verry unprofesional...
