Avoid this company at all costs! From start to finish they have been extremely unprofessional, dishonest and shoddy. After cancelling the first appointment to replace a window pane because of snow, they failed to turn up at the rescheduled time. I rang them to see what was going on (having paid half the fee already of £150) and they said their computers had crashed and they’d ‘lost’ all their clients’ details. How then, I asked, were they going to fulfil their commitment? We’re they going to just keep the deposit and leave it at that? No, they were waiting for the clients to call them
