These guys were coming to quote and they changed the day twice which was a bit of a warning sign but I was home anyway then on the day of the third attempt they had said they would be here at 8am and just turned up at around 3 or 4pm without any phone calls or any communication to let me know. I was tempted not to let them by this time, but I stupidly let them in cos I need a quote. However, they have left me with a cracked (irrepairable) window frame and a loose rubber seal around the glass unit - neither of which were there before without telling me.
