The measurements were all correct and the work was carried out from inside the property. Of course it was a bit disruptive, but after each fitting the area was cleared and on completion all was left neat and tidy.

We had all our windows replaced and a new front door fitted. All work was carried out to a very high standard...the fitters, Mike and Rob were wonderful..very professional and experienced. They worked efficiently and restored our faith in having works done in the house. We had anthracite grey woodgrain uPVC sash windows installed with BetterDeal, and we're very happy with it all. Gary was great at keeping us up to date, Mike & Rob who installed them were very friendly and tidy, and did a great job. The end result is amazing. The guys also sorted out some other bits for us where a previous builder had let us down. We're now in the process of getting a new door installed with BetterDeal as well, and I've recommended them to friends - and am happy to do so online as well.

BetterDeal windows replaced all the windows in my 3 storey townhouse a decade ago and all the windows still work great. In lieu of this fact, I contacted them again when I needed windows replacing this year (another house, not the same one!). The work was still of the same high standard. It's not just the workmanship I admire, their pricing is also the most competitive.

Thank you to all the staff at Betterdeal, we couldn’t be happier with our new Conservatory, it’s a great edition to our home, from start to completion it was a pleasure to have these guys working for us, yes! Very happy with our new bi folding doors, & Grey Windows, seemed to be such an easy process dealing with these guys, I was sceptical at first but found these guys on Google Reviews, we also asked a few other local Companies to provide us with a quote, but Gary’s attitude was what made us choose his Company.

A very pleasant experience dealing with Gary & his staff, simple process carried out mainly by email & what’s app due to the current restrictions.

Terrible experience throughout. Our dealing with the owner/sales person was great up to the point of sales. After we signed the contract it all changed. The contractors smashed the windows from the third floor to the outside of the building and left it for us to clean. There was no warning or instruction to ask neighbours to move their cars so the glass fell on them. When we informed Gary, he started being very condescending trying to blame in on us and our failure to notify the neighbours. The windows installed with over 1.5cm gaps through which you could see outside. Took lots of going back and
