Country Ceramics have just replaced three bathrooms for us and we could not be happier.
The entire process - from initial measuring/quotes, through to choosing fittings and then ultimately installation - was almost unbelievably smooth and painless.
They always did what they said they were going to do, on time and on budget. Their advice on layout/fittings was top-class, as was the workmanship and installation. I don't have enough good things to say about them. They just made everything so easy and painless.

Didnt show up for initial quote having arranged a time to visit. No contact, nothing....just didn't show up. Re-arranged a second time, they turned up took lots of measurements and then left. Then called to say they wouldn't quote because we had too many items of our own to install. Dreadful service. A complete waste of time and effort !

I booked Country Ceramics in to totally refit my family bathroom after a flood last year. They offered a full design and installation service in a hassle free way. The install was delivered as promised and slightly before time in a very professional way. The level of detail in the workmanship was unbelievable without any services being subbed out. I would highly recommend Paul, Tom and Heidi.

County Ceramics remodelled our bathroom and later we got them to do work in our loft. They are really nice people to deal with in the showroom and to have in your house. Paul is a very talented craftsman which is why we got him to come back and do work in our loft . They provide a detailed cost of the work to be carried out with all the bathroom items individually costed. They have electricians and flooring people who work with them so everything is perfectly coordinated. .Brilliant!

We are very pleased with the two bathrooms we had fitted by Country Ceramics. Heidi was very patient during the design stage making helpful suggestions to enable us to meet our budget. Paul, Jamie and the team were friendly, approachable and happy to answer any questions during the installation. Paul showed great attention to detail with the tiling and general finish and we were delighted with the end results. A very professional team.

Very happy with the service and products provided. They provide total project management which meant we could leave the bathroom replacement in their hands. Great experience from choosing products to having our old bathroom ripped out and replaced. Friendly and skilled team who have an incredible attention to detail. We have an absolutely beautiful bathroom. Very happy and would definately recommened.

Heidi, Paul & Tom were great from start to finish. They were really helpful and responsive during the design phase and when it came to the rip out and installation they were on time, tidy and the service was great. They were always quick to respond to questions or queries were really helpful at every step. We are very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Really pleased with our new bathroom. The team are friendly, professional and polite. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Heidi was incredibly patient and helpful in the design phase and project managing our new bathroom installation throughout. Paul, Tom, Jamie and the entire team were a joy to invite into our home.
