This has been the smoothest long distance move within the UK that we have done - despite (or because of) our increasing age and lack of energy. We cannot speak highly enough about the whole team, especially Sam and Tim, who worked over four days to pack, move, and unload our belongings into our new home. They were swift but careful, and very polite and reassuring. They also communicated well with us, which reduced our anxiety through knowing what was happening at each stage. Thorough training gave excellent results. We could have accepted a cheaper quote, but are so glad that we were able to use

We undertook a potentially frustrating move from a large 4-bed home in Yorkshire to an unknown/unselected property in Toronto, Canada. The Britannia team were excellent, really helpful and supportive as we made last minute changes to items to be taken/left behind. The staff were all very engaging with the move, even after the goods were packed and we realised there was an important document left behind, they seamlessly found the box & the item. Cant recommend them highly enough.

From our very first meeting Dan helped me at every stage, my move was over three days from Earby to
Norfolk.
Freddie and Tim loaded day one, day two after driving 200 miles to Norfolk unloaded the same day finishing late evening, fantastic hard working effort by both of them. I would definitely recommend Britannia Removals for any type of house move, thank you.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Professional estimation visit and quotation. Packing service was superb, with great care taken of valuables and dismantling of furniture. The removals team could not have been more willing, patient and helpful. Heartily recommended.

Britannia have moved us twice in the last 3 months as well as on other occasions over the years. As expected, we once again received exceptional service. They did 2 complete house moves for us and also some packing, and supplied all the packaging including wardrobe boxes. Moving house involves a huge amount of hard work, but as soon as the guys from Britannia arrive, you can breathe a sigh of relief and relax, whilst they take the weight off your shoulders, and get you where you need to be. I wouldn't use any other removal firm and highly recommend them to anyone with a house move coming up.

I cannot speak more highly of the service recently provided by this company. I had been dreading the move, having accumulated 30 years of "stuff" in a large house yet everyone involved; from first contact to the moment when the final box was delivered, made it so easy and stress free. If you're reading this review because your planning a move then read no further! Book Britannia Willis now!! We were lucky enough to be moved by Jonathan and his team on the day lockdown was announced and they were fantastic. They gave so much attention to detail and protected the rental home we'd been living in and our newly renovated home as though it was their own. More importantly not one piece of our treasured furniture was damaged. Yes they may be more expensive than some of their competitors but if you want a highly professional service which I believe gave excellent value for money then

We used Britannia Willis Skipton for our move from Yorkshire up to Scotland, and we couldn't fault them. They were extremely helpful and flexible when our moving date needed to be changed, and they really went the extra mile for us under very difficult (lockdown) circumstances. The guys were all polite, friendly, and extremely professional. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.
