We ordered vinyl for our utility room. It was fitted but we received an extra bill for £60 for moving the wash machine and tumble dryer after the event. we weren't forewarned about this charge so refused to pay. we have since discovered that the fitters had ripped the vinyl and stuck it down when moving the machines. I have requested that the owner of Uppingham carpets visits to see the damage but he is not being co-operative and delaying the visit. Watch this space!
