Really great choice of tiles and bathroom equipment including underfloor heating. Excellent staff on hand to advise and point you in the right direction. I have recently refurbished both a kitchen and bathroom to a high standard thanks to the help from Dave and Ian at Tilemaze Telford. Tried the others but none compare. Extremely competitive on price and a great delivery service. They did what they said they would do and that counts for a lot.

I visited Tilemaze in both Telford and Shrewsbury . Plus all the other shops . I found Tilemaze have a very good choice of bathroom furniture all set out in nice settings with matching tiles . This helped me visualise things . I think I drove them crazy what with all my visits and questions . But I would like to thank them very much as it all looks beautiful.

Called at Telford store after pricing tiles at other local stores. Prices very competitive and after really helpful assistance by Dave Walford we placed our order. Also with the patience and professional attitude which Dave had shown, we did not fell pressured whilst we made up our minds, and so we also purchased additional bathroom fittings , shower tray and screen, wash basin and toilet along with taps. Very pleased with quality and finish.
We will be back to see Dave in the New Year for floor tiles, excellent service, helpful and friendly. Well done Tilemaze and Dave Walford .

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
My husband and i purchased some tiles yesterday from the Telford store.
These are for my elderly farther who's bathroom we are doing up for him.
We gave our measurements to Ben who then worked out how many tiles we needed.
My husband lade the floor tiles last night and we then realized that Ben had worked out our measurements incorrect.
I understand mistakes happen but our order came over £503 which was over our budget anyway.
If we knew it was gong to be anymore we would of chose different tiles all together!
Further to this insult my husband drove to Shrewsbury to pick

Don't think mosaic tiles are tiles, they are not so you won't be able to return them if you have over ordered. Only 'tiles' can be taken back for a refund. They talk about 'mosaic tiles' but if you want to get refund they suddenly become 'mosaics' singular so a refund is refused. Be warned - nowhere are you told this until you try to take them back.

I was recommended to visit Tilemaze in Stafford Park Telford by my friend who had recently purchased here bathroom suite and tiles from the company. Was greeted at the door and made to feel very welcome and comfortable upon 1st impression. I found the staff Matthew & Simon were very helpful and had great product knowledge.The range of colours and sizes on offer were amazing and on just my 1st visit i was able to purchase everything that i needed to refit my bathroom at an incredible price. Will highly recommend them myself to others.
