Hi Q windows and doors did an ex ellent job on my property and were very reasonably priced with a good after sales service as ling as you don,t haggle about the price or try to cut doen the price they are very frirndly and reasonable company

I bought windows from this company in the past.
The owner was a decent bloke and helpful.
I don't know who is running this company now,they are not willing to help with enquiries and never get back to you.
Also they refused to carry out bad workmanship issues even though I had a "10 year warranty".
Above all the owner is never there apparently.
Like I said I would never deal with them again.

Windows got gaps and not fitted correctly all draft coming through spoke about repairing it they put the cost on me like I fitted the windows in. completely unprofessional and unexperienced staff fitting the windows keep away... my advice.. have a look the evidence of their fitting. nice clear gap refused to repair it wanted me to pay for the repair cheeky... cowboys...giving 1 star is too much really bad company.

Had my sliding doors from them had to wait 2 monthes because of cov, very good service, highly recommend. Not had a problem yet.

Bought from them in 2018 the lantern light is leaking now for a while, promised they would look into it they came out to inspect after chasing for weeks then never heard of again to finish the job, disgusting very poor customer service, not recommended at all!

If were possible i would leave zero starts.
very poor service. used cheap silicon, all silicon has turned yellow. damages to window when installed. problems with double glazed door, tried coming quick and sorting job. they take too many short cuts. please do not trade from them if you want some good decent quality windows and if you dont want to be fighting with them inperson and over the phone.

After e-mailing HiQ windows in the morning for a Door Frame adjustment on a product that was still under Warranty,
I had the fitter and the Manager turn up at mid-day on the same day - to carry out the repair that took 15 mins!.
A really Professional response from HiQ windows to my request and I strongly recommend them to any new potential customers.

Great established family run business who offer excellent customer care right throughout. Kelly has ensured my windows and doors were up to my desired standard and specification with great communication. Prices were very reasonable in comparison to three other companies I received quotations from saving me 1000's literally. I want to recommend this company to anyone looking for their windows and doors changing as they are clearly under rated on Google. Keep up the great honest work guys!

Very poor workmanship front door has a 1/4 in gap and my bay window has fresh air coming in supposed to be air right load of rubbish stay away
