Recently used Great Barr Windows to replace a porch and house windows. The service I had was great from quotation that was very competitively priced to instalation. I would highly recommened Great Barr Windows. Also, a honorable mention to Carl and Mick as two fantastic installers. These two chaps deserve a pay rise :)

Hayley took the call on my initial enquiry. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the company products to be able to answer questions regarding prices and availability and when I needed some advice she took the time to reassure me.
Steve came out to measure up and gave really good advice and suggestions regarding porch and door replacement.
Lionel was my next point of contact and although he was busy elsewhere he was still able to take the time to get a quote to me (via Hayley) within 48hours

Initially the person who came round to provide me with a quote was really nice and friendly.
The windows that were provided are good.
But I'm not very happy with the installation.
This is due to excessive Trim, Excessive sealant and not a clean finish.
I had to call them back out to redo some pointing as the mixture was too runny and just fell off it still doesn't look good now.
