We undertake all types of building projects. Our services incorporate all trades enabling us to plan, design, construct and complete your project from start to finish, and to the highest standard. We have a highly skilled team of experienced professionals, specialised in their respective fields, with whom we work.
For our new builds and extensions we offer a complete service. Including all groundworks, brickwork, blockwork, roofing, plastering, plumbing and electrics, windows and doors, and decoration. We can advise throughout on getting the most from your new living space and realising your vision. In addition, we consult and liase with building control and architects, and can recommend structural engineers if required.
The best way to enhance the arrival at any property is with the right driveway. By utilising the area at the front of your home correctly you can make it both function better for your vehicle needs and add to the aesthetic quality of your property as a whole. We specialise in Block pavers and a variety of stone finishes.

We have had Malcolm and Dan complete two extensive prices of work in a garage conversion and open planning the downstairs and they are excellent. Work complete is very high standard, they take real care to make sure everything is to the customers satisfaction. You may need to wait for their availability, but it's worth it.

Malcolm, Danny and their team have just completed the extension on my family home. (will post pictures when we have finished the interior).
The service was excellent. Started early, and sort of completed when we expected. The workmanship is excellent and they have certainly taken great pride in their work. Expensive, but that was my fault, because I didn't include in the original brief. A planning lesson for me.
And with regards to the price, it is worth it! The amount of cowboys that walked through the door, offering to do miracles for much less! I now understand the time and care it takes to

We have recently had an extension built by MT Andrew & Son and we are extremely pleased with the professionalism of Malcolm and his team. Danny, Heath and Ryan were polite, personable and totally trustworthy and all work was carried out to a high standard. We have no hesitations in recommending them.
After the work was completed, they returned to make good a couple of areas within a day of us contacting them. All waste was taken from site and the area was left tidy.

I noticed a problem this morning that needed fixing and called hoping that they would be able to fit me in sometime over the holiday period. They came over pretty much straight away and had started working on it within the hour. Amazing service by such really nice people, they left the place spotless too! We are really pleased with all the building work that Malcolm, Dan and Heath have done to our home. From the initial proposal through to the final details, Malcolm and his team provided an excellent service. A friend of a friend recommended Malcolm to us when we first started talking about having an extension on our house. Some of the most important things when you are searching for a builder is to find a good reliable builder who will complete the work to a good standard and provide an accurate competitive quote. Malcolm was the only builder out of the five who quoted that filled us with any confidence. Our extension was not an easy one as it involved drainage work, a vaulted ceiling and building an extension in a space that had two pre existing walls to be incorporated into the new build, onean original and one from a previous extension.
