Niall's was founded by Niall-Anthony Gengasamy. He started off by completing a four year apprenticeship at the age of 16 with a local self-employed gas engineer. Whilst working in the industry, Niall observed a distinct generalised view customers had of the plumbing service sector. It was at this point, Niall decided to create Niall's - a vehicle to restore the reputation of the plumbing and gas engineering trade.
The company now has over 10 years experience in the industry with a reputation for customer service, craftsmanship and a growing team of highly skilled engineers. Niall has helped me several times in the past and this December, he was able to help me resolve two emergency situations in the week leading up to Christmas, At a time when another national organisation was unable (due to severe staff shortages) to respond for 2-4 weeks. I cannot recommend Niall enough. We were without hot water and called as an emergency on a Sunday. He took time out of his busy schedule to call me and walk me through the possible issues. Needless to say it was fixed in a matter of minutes, saving us a lot of time and money. Professional, quick service and a real effort is made for customer satisfaction as he even contacted later in the day to make sure all was okay. So pleased we came across him in our search.

After being let down by other plumbers and heating engineers in the past, we stumbled upon Niall's Plumbing & Heating. From the start, Niall, was responsive to our messages and promptly came round to assess the work (underfloor heating issue).
We booked a date and Niall turned up early - never seen a tradesman do that before! Niall seemed knowledgeable about the work required and although there was a delay in the repairs being completed, due to parts not being available - the work was completed in an orderly and timely manner. The underfloor heating is now working and we have faith/trust in Niall

I had a recent emergency with my shower pump and the first few plumbers I contacted weren't interested in the job. I found Niall's via a Google search and within minutes of leaving a message, Niall called me to discuss a solution. Within 24 hours he had replaced my existing hoses with far superior ones and breathed new life into my shower pump. I will definitely use Niall's again after this positive experience.

He did an excellent job and provided advice to new bees like us how to manage the radiators/boiler warranty etc. Really pleased with his service and highly recommend Niall's. We had an issue with a broken digital shower and the manufacturer not making the parts anymore. I called Niall after a recommendation from a neighbour who also has a really positive experience with the company.
Niall couldn't have been more helpful and was the only plumber to get back to me (on a Saturday) and actually offer advice on which make and shower to go for.
He fitted us in quickly for the fitting after a few shower delivery issues and has done a brilliant job and really pleased with the quality of work.
