Steve CHEETHAM (Director) should hang his head in shame. Rude, insincere and appalling attitude towards customers. Was called "an absolute disgrace" and refused contractor services because I contacted the surveyor directly to discuss the specialist report (after Steven dodged all my perfectly valid questions). Despite paying for a specialist damp & timber report, there were zero photos to evidence or reference the timber issues, nor any readings documented from the Protimeter. After speaking with the surveyor they clarified all the points raised initially without issue and also confirmed photos
