Had a unit with them for years and easy to transfer something out of rack storage into it with no charges - a rarity with most companies. They always dealt with any problems I had very well. When I finally didn't need the unit any more, quick and simple to end it and no silly exit fees, admin fees, or any other charges. Would, and probably will, use again.

Prices are competitive, however management do not have a clue what they are doing. We got a phone call earlier saying we needed to pay 2 outstanding bills to have access to my belongings, even though I only owed for 1 and the following is to be payed next week. The women would not have absolutely none of this on the phone so I had to go into the store my self, when doing this and getting there I got told there has been a family bereavement and this is the reason for the mistake, I understand the circumstances are horrible but I find it highley unprofessional that they would bring something so personal
