If you want a cleaning service who hounds you constantly to move your appointments and cancels on you last minute, then book with Glimmr
I had two domestic cleans with Glimmr, agreed on their website that this would be on a biweekly basis on Sundays. The first time I had the clean, they moved my appointment from morning to afternoon, which was fine. The second time I tried to have my clean, they cancelled and rescheduled my appointment no less than 5 times, pushing my clean into the weekdays when I had work, constantly calling me while I was at work, which I tried to be understanding about given

Poor customer service, manners (multiple changes and demands at 6 am UK time while they in fact are on Philippines!!! Not in UK ), terrible pay for housekeepers forced to have all own stuffs and tools for 9 p.h. but charging client twice that h.rate. Avoid!!!

I booked an end of tenancy and deep carpet clean with this company. Less than 48 hours in advance of the appointment they called to cancel due to a shortage of cleaners. Hence my only experience with the company is that they are very unreliable. (Also note that their policy states that if you cancel an appointment less than 48 hours in advance they will charge you the full price!)

I was moving out of a rented apartment and needed the place to be tidied up before the move. Chance across the website and called them - they were able to find a cleaner for me in a short period of time and the service was very good - managed to get back my full deposit and hence it's definitely money well spent!
