There was a 2 months delay installing my new door as ‘they had problems’. It would be all ok , but the day when the door was installed they harassed with with 20 calls one after another by two different colleagues to pay them outstanding balance immediately, despite of the fact that I clearly explained I was at work and could not attend to my banking right at that moment as they demanded. When I said I’m at work and will pay you tomorrow they bullied me and accused me of ‘ withholding the money’ and were quite rude. I

We have purchased 16 windows, french doors, 2 composite doors and 2 sets of bifolds to be completed in 2 phases. After multiple quotes and confusing information classic provided the best price quote at the highest quality.
Writing this review after completion of phase 1 and we are so happy, classic have been highly accommodating of our plans, turned up on time and completed the works to an exceptional quality. The attention to detail is excellent compared to those who had their new windows fitted a few weeks back, ours have bricks cut out at the window ledge to slot back in and looks so neat,

Zero star review if there was one to select !!!!!!!
Had 2 doors from this company ...poor quality but for some reason put up with them like this for a a few years . Finally they won’t even open and close now .i paid for a professional independent fitter to see if he could sort them and was told the problem is the internals or the doors . I contacted Classic to ask about the warranty .... fully understanding that it’s probably expired but expected them to come take a quick look ( maybe this would of led to them charging me for sone new parts or at the worse I probably would of brought

Reliable hard working window installers. I’ve used classic on two separate occasions now, initially for replacement windows and then for a window to French door conversion.Competitive prices and nice products. Really impressed on both occasions with the builder and fitters. Don’t expect the guys to turn up in cravats with quinoa and falafel pita breads, the fitters are old school, they’re in and out in no time, with good workmanship and zero mess left behind. Just put the kettle on for them and let them get to it!

Fantastic from start to finish. Classic have been working with us for the past 18 months to make our house renovations perfect. We’ve had new doors, aluminium bifolds, replacement windows and a new 3m feature window from them. They have taken the time to understand our project and help make our house look amazing on the outside as well as being warm and secure. The prices are great and I know the windows and doors will last a life time, great quality and really well fitted. We’ve had lots of great comments from family friends and neighbours and I’d definitely be recommending them to anyone

Lovely door and reasonable price hence the 2 stars. Sadly that is where the positive ends.
We had a door fitted in December 2019, there was a mark on the glass, a bit of the colour had come off and we wanted a restrictor fitted so we rang and spoke to them the very next day. Someone came out to look, no further response, so then we phoned up again and they couldn't see anything in their records about the visit so they sent someone again. Again, no further response. Then lock down happened so I waited for them to get in touch once things eased on the lock down restrictions. Nothing. I rang again
