Fantastic service from the showroom to installation (installed 25/10/2021). Really helpful and polite staff and installer. There was a 4 month period between purchase and installation but I can't blame them with COVID backlog and worker shortage, so taking that into account it was pretty quick.
Really happy with the doors and the cost. We were offered a deal at the time for 2 doors for a brilliant price. Can't recommend them enough. Top job KLG 😁👍

Beware.
The Warrantee is not worth the paper it is written on.
Having moved into a property with composite doors one door faded due to being in the sun not a problem I assumed as written in the paperwork and guarantee it stated full 10 year fully transferable warrantee underwritten by DGCOS.
Speaking to a manger at KLG in person he informed me that I had the wrong shades as rosewood and red are prone to fading ( even though it has a GRP skin that are not known to fade, quoted from the publicity material ) and the guarantee could not be applied due to the fact that my solicitor did not transfer

It took me 4 emails asking for the technical details of their triple glazing windows to have the information I requested sent through. No chance I'm going with them. A neighbour of mine is due to have works done by them, has paid and the wait time to have the works done is quite long. When I mentioned how painful it was just to get the technical information of what I could have potentially ordered they were not surprised one bit. Given the total cost of windows and doors I wouldn't want that kind of service.

We've had two front doors from them the past 15 months - excellent company - nice people, great products (huge choice) and great fitting ( both doors have made the hallways warmer and quieter). I'm about to place an order for a third door. Possible to go elsewhere and save 15%, but you soon forget the price when you benefit from the quality KLG provide.
AND, products made in the UK - to me, that's Very important in these Covid times.

I had my conservatory fitted Dec 2018. Jane was amazing and really listened and helped me chose. The builders and conservatory fitters were also really great. Very punctual and clean. They all worked together brilliantly and most importantly were very Trustworthy. I am thrilled with my beautiful conservatory. Highly recommended. I am very happy for people who are unsure, if to use KLG Rutland (Iikeston) to come round and have a look and a chat. I will be recommendeding them for many years to come. Really great service.
