All staff were really helpful when on the phone. The turn around from booking the survey and having the survey completed was only 2 days, and then to get the report back was only a further 4 days. The actual report was thorough and accompanied by relevant images that really help.

Extremely poor and sloppy building report. We received a big chunky report, which was 95% notes on building standards rather than notes on the actual building itself. The report was obviously a copy + paste job with some references clearly made for another property.
Writing this review to protect anonymity so excuse lack of details, but the surveyor failed completely to look at a key part of the house. There was substantial cracks in the property which they failed to document as well as a very large and obvious part of the house that was clearly broken and needed urgent repair. There was a key

Having dealt with hundreds of homebuyers surveys over the years there is a general standard you get used to however after seeing how detailed a survey was from Cosey Homes it has set the bar going forward. By far one of the most thorough reports I've ever received. Thank you. Senior Property Consultant. Forces Homes

Very helpful and professional team of people with excellent communication skills. They carried out a survey for me on a property 150 miles away from where I live and they took care of everything. Marcello was very thorough and phoned me when he'd completed the survey and gave me an outline of his findings followed by a comprehensive written report. Very friendly chap.

I was really impressed with Cosey Homes. The lady on the phone doing the booking was really kind and knowledgeable. The surveyor phoned me after the survey to tell me his findings and spent a lot of time going over them with me. And the report was very comprehensive. The price was very competitive too.

The appointment was arranged quickly and efficiently. There was a wait of several weeks but this was then brought forward due to a cancellation. The survey seemed to cover all areas and gave recommendations and potential costs where possible. Cosey Homes had answered my queries prior to the survey so I was aware that some in depth analysis may not be possible. Photos were included in the report illustrating the areas and issues mentioned. My only concern was paying upfront several weeks in advance and I would have been more comfortable with paying a non refundable deposit with the balance being

If I was about to buy a house, the report would be slightly useful but not massively. As it happens, it has been rather a waste of my time and money. I think I made it clear what I wanted and they ignored me and used a proforma, which contain assumptions about the context. These assumptions were wrong and mean that the report contradicts itself and reads like primary school homework rather than a professional report. The surveyor who came to look at the property promised costings on everything but the structural issues. This did not happen but then the name on the report was not his. I suspect
