Today we employ over 280 members of staff nationwide and boast a 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility, but it started as a father and son with a focus on high quality crafted bifold doors. We might be much larger now, with a much larger range of bespoke products & services but the focus has always remained the same.

BEWARE! Express don't honour their guarantees.
I purchased windows and doors from Express at a value of over £23,000. The motorised opener, to one of the roof windows has failed, leaving the window partially open to the elements. I contacted Express about this issue on 21 April 2021 explaining that the window couldn't close and would like the issue resolved as soon as possible. After fobbing me off with excuse after excuse on 10 May 2021 they finally said they would come and have a look for a cost of £800 plus VAT. Their guarantee states "we will rectify any parts or labour issues subject to

Emailed the company immediately once email received regarding the out of stock item requesting a refund in full.

Horrendous buying experience with Express Bi-folding doors, if fact its the worst buying experience of my life. A year and counting of issues which are still yet to be fully rectified. It took six months to rectify a water ingress issue due to poorly fitted doors and inadequate DPC. On the last engineer visit we were told that Express would be in touch about further remedial works and once again and they have not and we're left to chase it up. We're up to approx 8 engineer visits now and I believe we're just being worn down into submission. I have not paid my outstanding balance because of the

Very unhelpful phone manner, seemed to just get me off the phone whilst he sent me a generic email rather than listen to what I was trying to get help with. I don’t understand why businesses like this are so uninterested in getting the sale. Imagine how uninterested they’d be if you ran into issues with the product. No surprise that the positive reviews are all from suspect looking accounts.

From our first meeting with Ross in the sales dept to every other interaction with the company we have had nothing but superb customer service. Ross explained every stage of the procedure outstandingly well, we did not feel pressurized to buy there and then. All options were explained to us in great detail. We did research other products with other companies which were cheaper however we opted for Bi fold express as we felt the product and service were of a better quality. The follow up survey and subsequent installation were dealt with very efficiently. We are delighted with our installation and

We had sliding schuco patio doors fitted and also a lock repaired on existing bi-fold doors. The company were a pleasure to deal with - the salesman was knowledgeable and we were able to reach an agreeable price. We were kept informed of the due dates and on the day the two fitters were just excellent. Really polite, worked hard, no mess and faultless workmanship.
