Yes windows are great but dealing with some of the admin is horrible and ruined it for me.
Forgot to fix end caps, rather than come out offer small discount that wouldn't cover materials, told them to take more off or fit and got some snarky text messages from them.
Asked for warranty and was provided a meaningless bit of paper with nothing on it. No description of what it meant etc. Apparently first person to ask for this.
Emails from people from random google accounts, had to request it to be sent from a company email, just for my protection prior to paying- this is a shock?

Avoid this company at all cost! I have cancelled my contact after I have seen all these negative reviews. Eight days and my £800 deposit still not arrived to my account. I have called the company to receive an update and apparently nobody knew I have cancelled the contract! After i sent my cancellation form I have been offered extra door free of charge, but I refused to accept them and informed the company the day later. All I want is a valid receipt and documentation of this and the warranty for the siding doors and the windows that were installed, we have sent numerous emails and made tons of calls and just the same story every time that we need the paperwork !!!!! Which we never got in the first place, all I have is two snapshots of part paper work…. We have just had building standards round to finalise our building warrant and they have said there’s no kite stamps on the window to prove they are to British Standard and that we need proof to get the warrant and that the large window needs replaced as the

New windows fitted today 04.08.2021 3 double windows and 1 single windows took 4 weeks from measuring to fitting ( happy tenant) and the guys were very friendly and did a great job . They cleaned up after themselves with wee hetty hoover 😀 and made sure to check over there work I'm now very happy I have new windows I can finally open and close without them falling in on me. Windows and door were fitted 3/3/2021 - today 21/5/2021 and still not sorted!!! Very poor service - even ordered the wrong door - so no I wouldn’t recommend i have sat with no blind or curtain on livingroom window for over 11 weeks

Had new patio doors installed yesterday and I am extremely happy with them. Everything about my experience with perfect glazing has been 100% positive. Their salesman was very helpful and gave me lots of good advice about what suited my door requirements and the follow up call from the sales manager to ask how his staff member did was positive of a company checking to ensure the customer was happy. Would highly recommend this company. Excellent communication, knowledgeable and friendly. Had two doors fitted and the attention to detail was amazing. Pricing too was excellent. No hidden charges or add ons the price they give is the price you pay unlike many other companies I contacted. Will be using again in future to have all my windows replaced for sure.
