Delivery a week late. Didnt put the order in correctly so we have too many of one type of tile and not enough of the other. They have a slack attitude, as i found out when i chased the delivery that ended up being a week late, so i have just changed my plans to use what they have sent me as lifes too short to argue with this type of folk.

We bought tiles from Direct Tile Warehouse for our kitchen, Andrew in the Llansamlet store, Swansea was absolutely brilliant helping us with all the stuff we needed, we are over the moon with our final look of… our kitchen and it wouldn't have been the same without the tiles. Absolutely rubbish. Paid for tiles yesterday and said I'd pick them up today. They said there was "plenty of stock" in both. I travelled 20 miles to collect to be told "sorry we don't have any stock after all" they've been sold. I now have to wait for more tiles to be delivered to collect what I've already paid for. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. WON'T BE BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN AND CERTAINLY WON'T BE RECOMMENDING YOUR COMPANY.

Absolutely rubbish. Paid for tiles in store at the Swansea branch. I was told that the tiles were in stock. I informed the staff that I would be picking them up the day after. He informed me that they had been put away ready to be picked up the following day. I made the 22 mile journey to collect them the following day and was told by staff that they weren't in fact in stock after all. I now have to make another 44 mile round trip because of the staff at Swansea stores incompetence. WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN AND WON'T RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE EITHER. SHAMBLES.

Couldn’t fault our experience with Direct Tile Warehouse. The tiles are competitively prices and just look stunning in our garden. The customer service has been exceptional, the team were quick to answer any questions I had and help out to make the whole process so much easier. Would definitely recommend. 10/10!

Ordered tiles after seeing them in the showroom, we were told they would take about 3 weeks to arrive, 6 weeks later and still no tiles! All the prep work was done and now we are left with a mess! We were told they docked 08.05 and will be in store by 10.05, then told they couldn’t get the order from Cardiff because it wasn’t worth their while but… we could get them ourselves! And today we’ve been told that we can’t collect them from store and they will be delivered to our house HOPEFULLY Monday, my husband was going to collect them from store on his way home from

Really disappointed with the customer service from this company. Once I found the product I wanted, I was told it was in stock. Then once I told them I had a 15% discount voucher, it was then no longer available and told to await a call in 2 days time for stock to be checked with procurement manager. I had no call back. I called this morning and… spoke to someone who ‘was going to check stock for me’ .....no call back. And called just over an hour ago for an update and was told they’d get back to me....and still no call back. The perfect way to lose a sale Direct Tile Warehouse

Happy with tiles but surprised when told I couldn't return tiles as they have a 35 day policy. Bought 22nd December due to non essential shops closing and job being done mid January. Bought extra due to uncertain times and tiles are still boxed. Honestly thought that a good will gesture would be necessary.
Send a lot of business that way as work in the bathroom industry.

Highly recommend. Great selection of tiles at a reasonable prices. Staff are so accomodating. The manager Chris gives a first class customer service and even called us out of hours regarding my order and went out of his way to find a suitable tile for us. I had a special order of tiles from Spain during lockdown, tiles arrived on time and I was kept up to date at all times during the oder and delivery process. Thank you,, will definately use Direct Tile Warehouse in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Very poor customer service. I called up, and they said the tiles are ready to be collected, went down to collect the next day and it was not ready. Nobody apologised, member of staff did not offer any solution, just said come back tomorrow 😤 could’ve offered to deliver the tiles, I did pay £1000 for it. Wouldn’t be going back.

Excellent choice and great customer service! I recently purchased some bathroom tiles from here after looking at the website. The showroom staff were very helpful in advising me on the right adhesive and grout to use. It's worth mentioning Daniel who loaded the tiles into the car for me - he was very polite and made sure they were all stacked safely and he wouldn't let me help. Would happily buy from again and more than happy to recommend to others to use.
