Ninety five per cent of these deliveries will arrive by wooden pallet. Deliveries are made by an independent haulier. Delivery times vary depending on the service you choose. All Stock items will be dispatched within 1 working day or same working day if orders are placed before 12pm. Dispatch times for non-stock items can vary tremendously depending on the suppliers location.

I'm not one for writing bad reviews but I hope no one has to have the same experience we did. We visited the shop and picked our outdoor wall face tiles. Great tiles and they looked lovely. The lady that helped ordering the tiles miscalculated the amount needed which did result in a wasted journey to the shop. We were told we would be contacted when the tiles were in store and it should take no longer than three days. We didn't receive any phone call or email no notify us. I had to ring the shop over a week and a half later.

Excellent company, quality products at very competitive prices,helpful knowledgeable staff. My order was delayed due to Covid and shipment/weather conditions from Spain. The Manager had kept me informed through to our delivery which was accurate,prefessional,extremely well packaged with no breakages whatsoever. Buying over the internet is concerning, but rest assured this product is quality, having laid these tiles now I can further confirm a joy to work with. Very happy customer.

After seeing that the tiles I wanted were listed as 'in stock' on their website, I ordered straight away. Fast forward 3 weeks and my tiles still haven't arrived. This company has made no effort to contact me to keep me updated as to where my order is - I have had to chase and chase with phone calls every day to get a response. I've been promised on multiple occasions that I would be called back but never receive a call back. Shocking service.

I've just had the tiles installed in my kitchen by the tiler and they look amazing. Great bargain though- i bought 10sqm from Wilderness Taupe Wood Effect for £17/sqm. Wasnt sure which colour to order as i wanted to match the floors in the other rooms, but i requested 3 samples and i found my match. All tiles arrived in perfect condition within 3 days. Couldnt be happier.
