We are located in Malvern, Worcestershire, which is ideally suited to serve the surrounding three counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire together with South Shropshire. Our pest control work involves carrying out treatments in domestic properties for pests such as wasps, rodents and other insects.
We also provide contract work with regular scheduled visits to commercial premises including factories, offices, retail outlets, catering, farms, fisheries, garden centres and schools including the largest college in Malvern. I am qualified to British Pest Control Association (BPCA)/RSPHII (Level 2) Certificate.
I also am qualified in other areas such as safe use of Aluminium Phosphide and safe use of air weapons. We are members of the NPTA (national pest technicians association) and BASIS PROMPT professional pest controllers register. I started working in pest control in 2005 when I became fully employed by a small family firm based in Pershore called PPC (Premier Pest Control).

They hide during the day in crevices in furniture, bed frames, skirting boards etc., and at night they emerge to feed. Unfortunately, what they feed on is human blood and will also attack pet animals. Little black dots on wallpaper and bedding (bed bug excrement) and cast skins which look like empty bed bugs.
In today's modern warm houses with a supply of food, mice can breed all the year around. Each mouse needs 3 grams (about an eighth of an ounce) of food per day and provided there is moisture in the food, they can survive without liquid to drink. Grains and cereals are the preferred food, but they also eat fruit and vegetables and have also been known to eat soap and candles.
The adult cluster fly is about 6mm long with distinctive golden hairs on the thorax (chest area). They over-winter indoors and adults feed on nectar. They lay eggs in damp soil and rotting leaves and in the autumn the flies look for shelter and hibernate over winter - usually in big buildings, lofts, and sometimes invading the living area of a house.
We would like to thank our clients for taking their time to leave reviews for us on independent websites such as Yell. Below is a representative sample of genuine reviews received following our work. These guys are fabulous - really responsive and genuinely couldn't be more helpful or lovely. They did an emergency dash to mine to sort out a wasps' nest - so quick, efficient and tidy.

Fantastic service, promptly answering the call and attending the house, very knowledgeable and very professional. Got the job done and then excellent follow up afterwards checking on the situation and returning a few days later t check on progress and replenish the poison if required. All at no extra cost. Would certainly recommend them for any pest problems.

Henry was absolutely brilliant. He was recommended by a family member and we both had excellent experiences with him. My wife and I had heard some noises above our bedroom ceiling, so arranged for Henry to come around. It only took two visits for him to solve the issue and he gave us some really helpful advice which we have put into action. His prices were incredibly good - he charged a very reasonable amount per visit, not a fixed price to resolve the problem which I had been quoted by other local companies, regardless of how few visits it was going to take. I was delighted with the service and
