Had this company replace my flat roof rubberbond felt some 10 years or so ago. Last Friday I noticed a small area of damp underneath in my dining room ceiling. Phoned the company early Monday morning and at 12 pm they were at my front door. At approx 1-15 pm they had replaced an area of felt and repointed where needed. That's what I call excellent service.

From start to finish Southern Plasticlad i can honestly say what a professional company! The quality, efficient service and friendliness of all the workers I cannot praise them highly enough and nothing was too much trouble for Ryan he explained everything he was going to do and demonstrated all workings when he finished all work including gutters, facias and doors. This company is brill! I cannot speak highly enough about them - From quote to install they were amazing at answering all my (many many) questions, their communication is excellent and the guys who installed Windows and guttering are super lovely and friendly, they work very hard and finish work to a high standard! The ladies in the office are really helpful and lovely and overall it was just a very stress free and easy experience - I would 100% recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future for any work we need doing! Called for a quote to update the windows and doors on our conservatory, they came when I asked and were on time. The man was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Due to Bank Holiday, he would send the following week. 2 weeks later I rang to ask for the quote, I was told I'll get it sent to you, another week later still no quote so I called again the lady said I don't know why it hasn't been sent, I'll get him to email it to you. Another 2 weeks and still no quote, but I'm not calling again, I'll look elsewhere.

Have had two jobs by this company recently.
First was fascias and gutters fitted expertly by two friendly guys, with great attention to detail and good clearing-up afterwards.
Second job was fitting of cladding to front of house, again very pleased with the result.
Would definitely recommend this company.

I'm writing a review for my 83 year old Mother who recently had problems with her patio doors, though close to the end of their guarantee Southern Plastics sorted the issue immediately, they were easy to contact and there was absolutely no fuss. The two gentlemen who came were polite and efficient. Would highly recommend.

We were recommend Souther Plasticlad Ltd by friends and neighbours in relation to the design and installation of a new conservatory and were delighted with all aspects of the process from initial design to installation. The whole experience was seamless and hassle free and this combined with the quality of the product has meant we are highly delighted customers of this company.

Had facia boards done last year most competitive price, very professional service from start to finish Very pleased with result. When we needed the roof ridges & valleys repaired Southern Plasticlad were yet again the most competitive. Work once we had a date was completed with scaffolding and work carried out, Scaffolding removed within one week. We did have a small issue which was sorted immediately to our satisfaction. Very satisfied yet again would certainly recommend

Paul was friendly and informative helping provide advice that suited our needs in purchasing an accustic window for our daughters bedroom. It has worked wonders in helping our little girl sleep, no more 4.30am wake ups for us! We are very impressed with how sound proofed this product is and would highly recommend this to anyone that has issues… with sounds outside of the home ! The window fitter was friendly (sorry I can't remember his name) , kept the appropriate distance and wore PPE putting us at ease with having tradesmen in our home. Called them, booked a surveyor to attend the property and told the receptionist that I would not be at the property, and for the surveyor to call me when he attended as my neighbour also wanted their fascia’s and guttering done.
Surveyor attended but didn’t call me.

Southern Plasticlad renewed all of the fascia boards, soffits, gutters and downpipes on my property. They offered a very competitive quote, and all communication was very succinct and clear. The installation team were really friendly and polite, and all work was carried out to a very high standard. All of the removed materials and debris were cleared away, and the site left really clean.
