Services
After many years of enjoying a good working relationship with Polo we were asked to carry out a project in Batavia Holland which was a store of 15,000 sq ft. This Project involved installing tray, trunking and conduits which were all exposed in an open services design. This involved closley liasing with other services to achieve the best possible layout of services to the ceiling.
This was a very high standard refurbishment to form a large single family dwelling of 8,900 sqft from two adjoining houses. We have completed the full design and management of all electrical services throughout the project and also took the lead role in fully co-ordinating the other services throughout.
This project was a large high end residential project located in Knightsbridge which had 4no. This was an unusual project in that another project team had started the project and were approximately 1/3 of the way through when they ran in to difficulties. A new project team were employed and as part of this new team CBL had to firstly conduct a survey of what cabling had been installed and also check that it was installed correctly.
As well as carrying out comprehensive electrical installations, CBL also has a dedicated maintenance division which can carry out both reactive and planned maintenance. CBL has maintenace staff nationwide and is also able to offer this service in Ireland. We are normally able to respond to a reactive issue within hours, 7 days a week and weekends if required.
