My boiler a Firebird stopped working and as a result I had no hot water for a period of 6 weeks.
I rang around and had a total of 4 recommended boiler engineers come out and only Mark was prepared to look at fixing the boiler. All the others simply wanted to replace it with a new boiler. Mark was on Firebird's list of recommended plumbers for my area.
He was totally honest with me and said that the boiler hadn't been maintained well in the past. He believed that it needed a new pump and we could be lucky with a repair but he couldn't guarantee how long the fix would work. He also quoted me a
