Rob went above and beyond in moving my son and his wife from East London to Edinburgh. in the teeth of Storm Dennis, even picking up a stranded daughter in law from Northampton station en route.Rob's journey began in Porthleven where he collected a few bits eventually bound for Edinburgh. Despite difficult access with the Luton van, Dan persevered and managed to maneuver round to the front of my house!.

Going Places were fantastic. They were professional, friendly and efficient when helping us move from Cornwall to Devon. Nothing was too much trouble, and even when completion was delayed they were positive and upbeat. They helped remove a lot of the stress of house moving, and were the best removals company we have used. We can thoroughly recommend them. Many thanks to Dan and the team!

On the morning of move, they arrived half an hour early, the van was soon packed and ready to go.
On arrival at the new flat, access was not possible, so they got another vehicle and more bed everything in small amounts. This was much harder work and more time consuming. There was no word of complaint, just nice manners, very friendly and competent.
An awkward job very well done.
I have no hesitation in recommending Going Places to anyone that needs their services.

A brilliant removal company & competitive price. Guys were very efficient, courteous and considerate. Couldn't do enough to help move us from a small cottage into a property with a tricky narrow lane. That and the ability to put items in storage made the whole process so much easier. Would recommend without hesitation. A+++

GOING PLACES move us twice. First from our home in Cornwall when it was sold to storage place, and then 4 months later to our new home in Wales. Excellent job, nothing broken, lost or scratch. Furniture, garden furniture, garage rubbish, potted plants, mirrors, paintings, the lot. 4 big vans loaded and unloaded, placed where we wanted. If we would move again (hope not) we would only use GOING PLACES as it delivered great value for our money, and no worry at all. And this is priceless with all other things going on at the same time.
