Planned preventative maintenance or PPM is scheduled work agreed with the customer / client to be carried out on a range of equipment, in our case, air conditioning. The main objective of PPM is to prevent and reduce the breakdown of air conditioning equipment, and keep it in good constant working order and to optimise its efficiency at all times.
At Expansion Airconditioning Ltd we are experts in designing cost effective air conditioning systems for residential, commercial and retail applications. We have 25 years of experience in Air Con so we can work with you to design the perfect system for your needs. As well as years of commercial air conditioning design and install we also provide solutions for domestic customers including loft room air con and garden office air conditioning.
With ever increasing energy bills within our households, we are all trying to cut costs somewhere, so why not invest (via the governments renewable heat incentive scheme) in air source heating. It captures the warmth of the outside ambient air adding heat (heat of compression) by transferring the heat to water through a reverse cycle heat pumped condenser and heat exchanger.
Our maintenance programme will improve the efficiency of any air conditioning equipment. Our engineers attend regular training courses to keep them up to date with standards and practices within our industry. All our engineers are qualified to service all types of stationary air conditioning equipment.
